Congratulations to Valle Leggett, MCC's September 2023 Student-Athlete of the Month. The Marian Central Catholic High School graduate plays for our Women's Volleyball team this fall. The sophomore is an outside hitter for the 15-6 Scots.   

"Valle is like a brand-new player this year and has many leadership qualities. She is a great teammate and lives the values of our program," lauds Head Coach Kyle McCall. 

Valle is on the path to again earn ISCC All-Academic honors and graduate as an NJCAA Academic All-American.  She will be continuing her education at the University of Iowa majoring in Speech Pathology.

"Valle has grown in so many ways here at MCC.  We are proud and happy to be a part of her very bright future," adds Director of Athletics Karen Wiley.
