The Student-Athlete Handbook is available here online or in hard copy in the Athletics Office, A109. We believe athletics participation is a privilege that provides unique opportunities to develop leadership, discipline, and character. This handbook is designed to help you balance your athletic goals with academic achievement, ensuring you "win right." It covers key information regarding the code of conduct and academic expectations. Our primary goal is your success as a student first and an athlete second.
Eligibility Packet Forms are available in the Athletics office, A109. The packet includes forms for your physical and medical history, and the NJCAA Affidavit provides all the academic information we need to submit for your playing eligibility. You will not be able to participate until forms are completed and submitted to the athletic department. You will also need to submit your official high school transcript with a graduation date, as well as all official transcripts from any college(s) you attended. Transcripts may be sent through Parchment, or see your high school guidance counselor, or college's registrar, to send your transcripts with a graduation date. Send directly to: MCC Registration and Records, 8900 US HWY 14, Crystal Lake, IL 60012.
