Eligibility Packet Forms and the Student-Athlete Handbook are available in the Athletics office, A109.

Read the Student-Athlete Handbook, sign it, and turn in the acknowledgment form on the first page.

You will not be able to participate until forms are completed and submitted to the athletic department.

You will need to submit an official high school transcript with a graduation date and an official transcript from any college(s) attended.
