Congratulations to Connor Chynoweth earning the MCC Student-Athlete of the Month honor for November. The Pickney Community HS (Pickney, MI) graduate is a freshman for our men's basketball team.

Connor is a 6'1 guard for the 2019-20 Scots. The team is off to a 4-4 start and Connor plays a vital role on and off the floor.

"Connor has been a leader on and off the floor since arriving at MCC. He displays respect to all of his peers as well as coaches/teachers. He has bought into the culture that the basketball program has created. His work ethic is evident both on the court and in the classroom with positive results following," commends Assistant Coach Ryan Skinner.

"Connor has learned quickly how to balance the demands of academics and athletic life. We're proud to be part of Connor's bright future," adds Athletic Director Karen Wiley.
