Jeff Nehila joined the MCC Athletics program as Head Coach for Men’s Soccer in January 2024.  Jeff has extensive playing and coaching experience across many states and overseas.  His playing experience includes playing at the collegiate level and with numerous German club teams.  His coaching experience includes leading players from competitive youth through adult levels in Germany, Wisconsin, and Illinois.  Several players he has coached have gone on to play at collegiate levels.

Jeff possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland and a Master’s Degree in Recreation Management from the University of Wisconsin Lacrosse.  He holds a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) Class D coaching certification and is certified to coach high school in Illinois and Wisconsin. He has recently retired from a highly successful career in Parks and Recreation. He holds a Certified Parks and Recreation Executive certification from the National Recreation and Parks Association.

Coach Jeff is looking forward to strengthening the foundation of the Men’s Soccer program with a strong emphasis on student academic success along with success on the pitch.
